All appointments require a deposit of 50% of the price of the service that you are booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE and will be deducted from your balance at the time of service. The remaining balance will be due in cash/credit before services are rendered.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another client. You are ONLY allowed to cancel and reschedule ONE time if your cancellation is within the 24 hour window. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will receive treatment for the remainder of the time left and FULL PAYMENT is required. If you are MORE than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay an additional deposit for rebooking. If you NO-SHOW your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and you will be blocked from making future appointments. PLEASE NOTE that all prepaid services/treatments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

* FOR BEST RESULTS: At least three (3) days before and after Cavitation, Laser Liposuction, RF skin tightening, Vacuum therapy, Cellulite treatments and Sauna detox sessions, it is recommended that you consume half your body weight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 180 lbs you would need to drink 90 oz of water daily.

* FOR BEST RESULTS: After Cavitation or Laser sessions it is recommended that you do 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise.

*NO Changes/additions can be made to appointments in office.

* NO CHILDREN or persons not being serviced allowed.

*All services/packages must be used within 180 days of purchase.
